Substitutions: Although we make every effort to get you the items you ordered sometimes if an item not available, we reserve the right to substitute with a similar item of equal or higher value.

Return Items: - We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not have a Return Authorization. To obtain an authorization simply write or call and explain the problem with the item and order number.

Rubber Goods and Clothing: Due to health codes we can not accept any returns on any open Rubber Goods or clothing items.

DVD Returns: We do not accept any returns on DVD media unless the item is damaged. DVD's can be exchange for the same title only. DVD's will be checked to see if damaged. If they are not, DVD's will be returned to customer at the customers cost.

Bad Address: If you supplied a bad shipping address, you are responsible for all shipping costs.

International Orders: Due to different laws in Countries, we can not guarantee the items you order will pass through customs. It is the International Customer's responsibility to make sure all items are legal.
