    1. Q- Who is Adonisent.com?
    A- Adonisent.com is a subsidiary of Adonis Enterprises, INC. We are a gay owned and operated company that sells all-male gay related entertainment products. We are here to serve the gay community with the best service and lowest prices possible. We have been in business since 1989 and have been on the web since 1995. You can rely on us, we are not a fly by night business like some others on the web.
    2. Q- How much is shipping?
    A- Shipping is based on total purchase value.  IF you order more than $200 in one order shipping is free.  The more you order the more you save on shipping.
    3. Q- IS Gay-Poppers.Com a Secure Website?
    A- Yes, we use a Thawte approved secure SSL certificate and use 128 bit Encryption. Credit Card numbers are never saved to assure security.
    3. Q- Are orders shipped in plain packaging?
    A- We ship all items in plain boxes or mailers only. No indication of the contents of the packages appears on the outside. The return address label says A Enterprises.
    4. Q- How will my purchase appear on my credit card bill?
    A- The charge on your credit card will appear as Adonis Enterprises INC
    5. Q- I don’t want to use my credit card or don’t have one . Can I pay with personal check or money order?
    A- Yes we will accept personal checks and money orders for domestic orders only. International customers must pay by credit card or a money order in US funds. 
    7. Q- What is your Return Policy? Do I have to pay a restocking fee like some other companies?
    A- No, we don’t think restocking charges are fair so you will not have to pay any with us. DUe to the personal nature of what we sell. We only accept refunds for unopened or defective Items! IF defective a replacement will  be sent.   A credit toward future purchases will be issued for return mailing charges on all defective returns. If defective you have 14 days after receipt to contact us and return the item(s). Please do not send products back without a return authorization. They will be refused and sent back.
    8. Q- Do you ever substitute items?
    A- Yes, on rare occasions we will be indefinitely out of stock of an item you have ordered. When this happens we may substitute the item ordered with a similar item of equal or greater value. WE will check with you first.
    9. Q- What is the normal shipping time for orders?
    A- For domestic orders, about 3-5 business days if item is in stock. 
    10. Q-Do you accept international orders?
    A-Yes, we do accept international orders. All orders are shipped by International Express Mail. This is slightly more expensive than our domestic shipping. We can track this order and offer all guarantees allowed domestic orders. All persons placing international orders are responsible for assuring that these items are legal in your respective country. Items shipped to other countries are non returnable unless recieved in the original unopened packaging. The person placing the international order is responsible for all return mailing costs incurred by Adonis Enterprises.

    11. Q- Can I get a product that is not on your list?
    A- Yes , we can special order your request in most instances. We can still get you a great price on almost anything. Just e-mail your request and one of our customer service representatives will get back to you ASAP.

    A- Our buyers search for the best prices available on all of our products. We then pass on the savings to you. We don’t believe in gouging "family". You get enough of that from everyone else.
